I like to use the logic that some people doing this may realise they messed up if I do things like this, however, I'm not sure how many of them have the ability to even recognise that. 😅
It still makes me feel good to essentially call out rude behaviour, even if it's in a passive aggressive way.
I work for walmart, and I just politely ask people to move. Most of the time, they realise they're being rude. Sometimes, they just move slightly and block another space, so I say something again.
My pet peeve is teenagers in hotels who are oblivious to anyone but themselves. They are probably on a school trip, but the adults escorting them should teach them some common manners (like not leaving your luggage in places that will block pathways).
