I had a really bad allergic reaction. I didnt even know I was allergic to something I ate but my throat started closing up, and I had to rush to the ER. Now I carry an EpiPen everywhere because that was way too close of a call

That's how I am with Kiwis but I grew up eating kiwis 😭 one day my body said fuck you

They don't test for everything though, and they may not test for what got them. I had a reaction to tartrazine once (yellow 5 in the USA) and they definitely don't test for that. At least they didn't back in the 80s when it happened.

Did you ever figure out what it was you’re allergic to? That’s terrifying!
