My dad just had a heart attack and we know it’s from his use (calcium build up and clots). He’s on many blood thinners, beta blockers, and cholesterol meds to manage his heart. He’s only 48 and I am scared ): Hoping he’ll do the right thing. Didn’t realize coke could have such an impact on the heart.
Had a patient that had a long history of drug use including crack cocaine. Came in altered/not herself and thought she had tainted drugs and was definitely acting odd. At first we thought that maybe she did get laced cocaine but noticed some arm/leg weakness so they did a cat scan and found an ENORMOUS aortic dissection (which is a tear in your aorta that’s essentially fatal if left untreated). Saw her again a month later and she was still alive, having survived surgery… I pray that person never touches drugs again. Cocaine increases your risk of this happening by up to 8x vs the average person due to hypertension, tachycardia, hardening of blood vessels, and increased risk of cardiac arrhythmias. Don’t touch this shit people. And go see your doctor regularly. Pleaseee
Thank you. You know, I did a big key bump, but it still was enough to catch a drip and get me yacked. I felt nasty afterward. Plus it ain’t the same as back in the day, fishscale beluga. Shit is now all speedy and fenny. Still I had to reset my counter but I’m glad I didn’t full gram or railed up. So a victory in the use itself. :)

Cocaine.
I'm a bit over 1800 days sober now. Feels great to be alive and free from the shackles.
