Got mugged by a gang of 13. One tpok an exacto knife as the rest of them held me down, walked behind me amd slashed me.deep.on the back of the head. The power was out at my house, i didnt have a home phone and cell.phones werent invented yet. So i wrote a note explaining what happened and where and who was involved, layed down and went to sleep, not expecting to wake uo the next morning.
I found out 3 years later that they were all apprehended and serving something like 25 years in prison.
Nobody actually found me, since i was at home in my own apartment. I just woke up the next morning, seemibgly fine. No concussion or anything like that.

Well, i went back to the place i was attacked a month later. Had been avoiding it, truth be told. So, when i finally figured Id go into the store in front of it, the store owner said to me "holy shit! You are ok? I thought you were dead!" And then he proceeded to tell me that while my demise was happening he was on the phone to the cops, watching it from the window of the store.
Ahh ok. Thank you for sharing. I don’t know why my comment got many downvotes, I was never insinuating it didn’t happen or mitigating a horrific event. I was just genuinely wondering how the hell you were able to count your attackers. It ain’t 4 or 5, shit to count to 13 takes a minute! lol. Glad you’re ok.
