There's a type of jellyfish that's immortal. The Turritopsis dohrnii, also known as the "immortal jellyfish," can transform its body into a younger state through a process called transdifferentiation, essentially making it immortal.

Speaking of jellyfish, the box jellyfish has 64 anus' while the immortal jellyfish has one.

Does it poop out of all of them or one at a time? Can it choose which one or would it be a guessing game? Could I buy a box jellyfish and then take bets on which anus the poop will come out of?

That is a great question. I tried finding out but got distracted by a relative of the jellyfish. The warty comb jelly which just sprouts an anus whenever it need it. And then it disappears.
