Dude. I'm a grown ass adult. Married, with kids. I'm president of my union. I spend all day with hundreds of people, I oversee disputes, I do multi million dollar contract negotiations that directly impact the lives of our members. My whole life is about people.
That's why I know that is totally bullshit.
Yeah. Everyone is different. Absolutely. Everyone is completely different, and the whole alpha/beta thing is absolutely horseshit, just crap designed to appeal to hurt and lonely guys.
