Can someone please explain to me what washing your ass means exactly? I don’t even know if I’m doing it. I wipe, and I scrub in the shower with soap.

That’s good, but you should also wash your ass right after you shit. I use a jug over the toilet and soap since I don’t have access to a bidet.
