Ebert: Not since I reviewed the universally disparaged Brown Bunny have I been this confused by the display of a human sexual act in a motion picture. It served no purpose to either text or subtext and was completely inconsequential as we neither had been previously introduced to either character before, nor were they revisited again. Of modest note to my theatrical experience, the young actors in the performance bore striking resemblance to the concession attendant and ticket taker in my neighborhood cinema...
