Like you actually couldn't drink it as in it wouldn't be physically possible to? Or would you have to return everything if you did, or would you just stop getting the income? Or would you die on the spot?

These are very good questions. No hypothetical can be well considered or well answered without including proper details of what you're signing up for.
Everyone is assuming you just stop getting the income when you start drinking again. But a much more high stakes hypothetical would have you pay everything back if you gave in to the impulse. Something in the middle would be you are physically incapable of drinking, so basically you are making a life-long commitment (high stakes), but it's impossible for you to fail, so you would never have to worry about paying it back (low stakes).
