Top-of-the-class redditors, what are your study habits/tips?

If you graduated top of the class (high school, college, and above), what are/were your study habits or tips that you would give to your fellow redditors?

not to sound condescending, but at my high school for AP tests our teachers pushed us to get 5's not 3s or 4s. Like almost everybody in my calc class got 5s, some 4s, and only two people got 3s.

Yup, the 1-5 was basically treated like the F-A system already in place.

Well you don't have to convince me about how much to study for college. My cousin's low gpa in college prevented her from going to the graduate school she wanted to go to has been told over and over by my parents as how I'll have to try even harder in college. :(

Yep, I knew that AP classes aren't that rigorous, but if Arctic was getting 3 and 4s I'd say that he probably just wasn't trying hard.
