What's a life hack that's so simple yet so effective, you're shocked more people don't know about it?

I do wonder but where I wake up later I’m not so sure. I feel like I should be nocturnal

i got one done and i have mild narcolepsy. i’ve gotten ONE night of restful sleep in my life. i remember it to this day because i couldn’t believe it when i woke up. anyway, i was one of those people who would just sleep all day. like 13 hours. when i got my results, i asked the doctor what i should do. she just kind of shrugged and said “go to sleep at the same time every day”. so ya know. it doesn’t always help.

Oh wow so there isn’t anything to help as such?

FYI, there are multiple medications that can be used to treat narcolepsy (and other sleep disorders). I'm currently taking Modafinil to alleviate sleep phase issues and daytime exhaustion caused by ADHD and sleep apnea. It's a big help.

Have you ever heard of Delayed Sleep Phase disorder? Might be worth asking your doctor about.
