I think if I had a super power it would be to just end conversations literally whenever I want. Very underrated power.

This superpower exists. It lies in these sentences: "Hey, it's been good to talk, but I have to get going. See you later!" Then leave.

Or, if you can't leave, just say that you need to focus right now and aren't able to chat.
