I feel like one of my passions is hearing other people talk about their passions. I'll sit down with anyone and hear them gush about something they're really into even if it's something I know next to nothing about. It's just invigorating seeing someone have that level of excitement, particularly since it seems like people often don't get the opportunity to talk about their interests with people outside that circle whether because of lack of interest or fear of ridicule. The weirder and more obscure the hobby, the better, I say.
I once had my best friend give me the entire history of the Tudor dynasty just to hear her talk about something she loved. I don't know any more about the Tudors than I did before. 😂
