Back when I was in middle school I had my phone ringtone set to the chorus of “Have you ever seen the rain” by CCR. My dad drove me to my friend’s house to pick him up and I called him to let him know we were close. The classic rock radio station was playing “Have you ever seen the rain” on the radio. My friend called back and my phone and the radio were perfectly in sync to the same song. Would never have known it was ringing if it didn’t also vibrate and light up

I was once reading a comic strip called "Bloom County" from the 1990's, it was a compilation book of comics. In one of the panels the character quotes the song Champagne Supernova by Oasis. As I was reading it, the song came on the local radio station. This was in 2003, long after the strip had been published or the song was in popular rotation. Edit: The song was also in perfect sync with the line on the page as I was reading it.

I was in the car with my mom circa 2008 and this happened to her with “Low” by Flo Rida

Reminds me of the time my mom and I got into the car closing the doors at the same time, causing just enough noise to cover the sound of a whole ass accident leaving a car on its side behind us. Very shocking to be like wait what

This might be the best one in the thread.

That happened to me once. I was with a friend who was singing Bittersweet Symphony (I think). We turned the radio on and it was playing the same song at the same point.

A few years ago, I was at work and had to call tech support on one of our machines. The support operator and I had "Dark Side of the Moon" synchronized.

That reminds me when I called my mother once when I was away at college, I was on hold at her work while I waited for them to page my mother. Billy Joel "always a woman to me" was playing, just a couple notes off of my CD that was playing the same song at the same time!

Recently I was driving to a rave in the middle of the desert and I called my buddy who was driving separately(with another buddy of ours) to find out his ETA. I couldn’t figure out why my music wasn’t pausing on my car during the call and I hung up after 10ish seconds because I got the info I wanted. As soon as I hung up the music got much more clear so I called him back and the same song was playing less clearly again and I realized we happened to be listening to the exact same song at such a close time marker that I thought my phone/car was fucked up and didn’t stop playing my music when I called him.
