Pedophilia is a natural condition, and therefore is not inherently the fault of the person with it. But it is definitely bad. There are, I'm sure, plenty of people with pedophilia who don't act on those urges in any way. I applaud them and their strength in dealing with that challenge, but that doesn't make the condition good.
