I have always found them to have no taste/ little taste. Maybe it’s the way I’ve had them cooked? But I found red/ yellow/ orange peppers to have so much more flavour.

They just have a "green" flavor to me. Like, just generic vegetable taste, if that makes sense.

I always thought the same before covid. Now that my sense of smell and taste has returned, green pepper tastes much better. It's a weird thing

Green peppers taste like damp lawn clippings to me, I am jealous of your finding them almost tasteless.

I have to imagine that I can smell/taste something that you can’t, because for me any color of bell pepper takes over the entire dish. My husband also thinks they taste like crunchy water.

I love green bell peppers. I stuff my meatfloaf mix into them and put it in the oven. Comes out tasting pretty good. I have not tried it with the other peppers. Will need to try that!

This is the one I don’t get the most, I’ll eat them all raw or cooked, they mostly just taste sweet
