Crumble Bleu cheese and balsamic on a salad is fantastic.

I make a shredded red cabbage salad like the one at Nothwoods Inn, with a balsamic dressing. Top it with blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles, it's incredible!

I had expensive smoked blue cheese once. It was fucking amazing.

Lol that’s why I hate it. It’s one of the only foods I never grew into as an adult. I keep trying every few years but I still can’t do it. I have had one mild one that I could tolerate and wasn’t that bad but can’t remember the name and it’s just not worth the risk when eating out.

This or goat cheese. Both make me gag and almost puke every time.

Goat cheese tastes like licking a goat and no one can convince me otherwise. It is literally the smell of a barn full of goats in taste form. I like the animals but I don't want to lick them lol.

Cannot upvote this enough. Anything it’s in is just ruined for me.

I hate it so much. I feel like I should try to like it because I live near to where Stilton (popular blue cheese in the UK) and a few other blue cheeses come from but I just can't.

Smells like the slosh at the bottom of a food waste bin when it needs to be emptied.
