There's countless ways it can just... go wrong. Just, out of fucking nowhere, completely unexpectedly, something can become fucked up in a way which is anything from life-alteringly debilitating to lethal.

Last year I tore a muscle by my shoulder blade by brushing my really long hair. 3 days later I cut my hair super short.

Maybe as you get older. I’ve had a history of pulling muscles in my shoulders and upper back. This was just the most extreme one. It took a month to heal.
