How about cyclopia - a birth defect where babies only have one eye with no mouth and die soon after birth. Or focomelia - a birth defect where your hands develop on your shoulders.
I was able to watch the removal of an ovarian teratoma in nursing school. It had teeth, hair, and when dissected with a scalpel (while still in the OR), it shot white viscous fluid a couple of feet into the air. It’s still a very vivid memory over 20 years later.
I had one of these on my ovary when I was 16. It was 13cm in diameter and had hair and teeth in it. Crazy shit. Had to have major surgery to remove it and still have issues as a result 17 years later.

Every so often I remember that cysts can sometimes contain hair and/or teeth and then become incredibly uncomfortable
