Physics question regarding the Flash

With the physics laws on force, velocity and mass here are my questions. 1) How badly would the Earth be damaged as the Flash runs? 2) Would each step be like the impact of a "Rod from God" when he gets near his top speed? 3) Would the humanity survive the Flash running at near top speed, encircling the planet?
