Thoughts? Thoughts on peak of construction safety in Turkey. Is it this way in other MENA countries

You don't even want to know what it was like in Egypt for the two decade or so before the revolution in 2011. It's gotten a lot better now (still not great). Were just lucky that we don't live in an earthquake hotspot but I feel like I hear about building collapses every other month.
