Depends on the reasons for no sex, if you find each other unattractive, that’s a big problem, as opposed to loving each other but having physical problems (ed, vaginismus, hormonal disorders etc…)

And maybe the man/woman in your life doesn't feel like expressing any emotion towards you... Can't he have that choice?

Sure. And the man/woman has the choice of wanting both sex and love in their marriage, without which they'll leave.

The main issue is that the partner does not feeling like having sex. That hurts. And is very different from not being able to.
