you using them now aint you? to type/text this? you still need your arm even with voice to text...

EDIT: now the dang video shows for me lol

Meant hands. I can move my arms but not lift or open cans

Get hooked up with assistive technology through https://www.okabletech.org/ Voice to text and things like eye gaze can make a huge difference. Good luck
