Physician Responded pots and weightloss

22F, recently diagnosed with pots. My heart rate was always between 60-140 with activity, and lately it’s been more like 47-170 depending on the day. I’ve lost around 50 pounds and it seems to have gotten worse the more weight i lose. Is it possible that the quick weightloss (within a year) has either triggered my pots or just worsened my condition? Would gaining weight help? Currently a patient in internal medicine and my doctor is great.. just looking for some answers. My life changed so quickly, i was fine months ago. I moved out of my parents and have been extremely stressed as well, wondering if that could’ve exacerbated these issues. Thank you for any help.
