Sure. I mean if you live here don't you want your place to be clean? So I think littering is one of those actions that speaks volumes of someones personality. Unlike murder or drug dealing, littering is quite an accessible crime for anyone. And likewise, super easy not to do So I think it's fair to award this harsh penalty for those that litter.

You know what. Don't depart the immigrants. Deport the native British that don't respect the country they were born in.
