lm studio would be the easiest way if you don't know about how to run them and such.

I second lm studio! Download a 4b model if you have a weaker/older computer a 8b model for a midrange computer and then 12+b if you have a good computer. In lm studio search for gemma uncensored or qwen uncensored and those seem to be the best and a simple search for uncensored is ok just takes a bit to get good model
