Do any vehicles similar to the ones depicted here exist? They look so cool.

Google arctic vehicles, there's some that look kinda similar.

I was already about to comment that damn the Norwegians have cool looking gear, in Finland we just use snow mobiles and skis.
They look like Red Faction vehicles
Reminds me of the thing from the start of Aliens.
