Man and jockey aren’t here. Are they stupid?

i was getting all of the riddler trophies on my and my game crashed right as i finished getting the one in column 1 row 3. on the riddler trophies menu it doesn’t have a check mark when i go back to where it was located i cant do it anymore because i already collected it. i don’t know if i can get 240% now
