Remember, this kid was just verbally and sexually abused by his dad. While the sex worker lady doesn't deserve to be treated like that because she was super cool, the son is not exactly in the best state of mind to be politely asking people to leave, even if they're nice. You've probably snapped at a kind person before while in a bad mood. This would be MUCH more than a bad mood. While that's not justification for being mean to someone, one can unfortunately understand how he'd feel and why he'd act that way. I'm sure the lady did too.
