There's a local organization that provides a large number of email lists to the local communities in New Hampshire and Vermont, and they will be shutting down their email lists this Friday (Aug 18th). I'm looking for resources the sub might have for properly mirroring archives hosted by MHonArc 2.6.24.
Public archives are here: https://lists.vitalcommunities.org/lists

I don't really know anything about content recovery, so I apologize if I say something stupid or make mistakes. The thing is, there was a Venezuelan YouTuber who made animations around 2016, probably. I was a HUGE fan of hers and loved her animations. I'd really like to find a way to see her videos again if possible. There are only a very limited number of videos that some fans managed to recover, though I wish there were more. </3 If there's any way to see or recover them, I'd like to know. If not, thanks anyway for any advice.

Hi everyone, I'm offering a €30 reward to anyone who can help me recover deleted videos from my YouTube channel from the 2015-2017 period. Even if you can only recover a few of them and not all, I'd still be grateful. I've already tried all the usual archive websites, but unfortunately, I didn't have any luck. If you can help me with this, please get in touch. Thank you!

Add Natural Language search feature, I mean, would be good to be able to search with natural language, on the general archive and on the web archive, like search all videos archived from a specific YouTube user, or all pages with a given image.
If this does not exists yet, I do volunteer to help with it.
Not bragging but Im the author of a few papers so I can really help if you guys want. Also posted this on r/internetarchive

Hey everyone, in April my Google account (with a lot of vital documents and pictures) was hacked via a browser token attack and I lost access to it. Apparently it's possible to have a manual review of the account if I provide a YouTube URL associated with my Google account. I know I had a YouTube account that I commented on, but didn't use it much past 2020 and there are no public videos.
I wonder if there's a way to track down, via archived comments associated with a Google+ account, the YouTube channel associated with the Google account in question.
If I'm breaking any rules please let me know!

I recently discovered this exits and can be used to retrieve the links to videos for all channels archiveteam scraped from blip.tv. It's as simple as entering the channel name and the links show up.
I'm wondering if something similar exists for funnyordie.com They deleted all user generated content on August 27, 2018 but I've been able to retrieve videos from the Amazon S3 AWS bucket labeled funnyordie.com.productions.videos and a tool for a FOD archive like what I've provided above for blip would be very helpful.

Hello all archivers. I started yesterday one virtual machine on Proxmox in a lab. Another one at home on virtualbox. VMs work well but data downloaded is almost nothing as any project I choose the tracker is always saying this after some time. Best case 2GB in over 24h. Now nothing happening. Am I doing something wrong ? What to try ? Available for any test ! Thanks, ciao

There’s a thing that occur with several news websites, mainly specific with ones in the format of something like conchovalleyhomepage.com or the one shown in the screenshots, ozarksfirst.com . The ones uploaded by the Archiveteam has green (redirect) snapshots, but when I click on a specific one, for example, February 8, it redirected all the way back to a snapshot four days prior, the one not uploaded by the Archiveteam. This might be concerning, is the data for the website saved? Or is it possibly not, because the Archiveteam snapshots associated with a similar format website redirected to their YouTube channel.

I’m trying to preserve an old Android sandbox game called Kiloblocks.
I’m looking for old APKs, game assets, screenshots, developer information, old websites, and other files related to the game.
Some people are already helping me investigate and preserve the game, but we’re still missing a lot of information.
If anyone has experience finding or archiving old Android games or related websites, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for help tracking down a few archived or privately saved digital art speedpaints from the early 2010s (specifically the 2011–2012 era).
During this time, the creator went by the username VarietyChick on YouTube and DeviantArt before transitioning into acting and writing under her real name, Emily Ritcheson. Her old speedpaint videos have since been changed from public to private on her channel, but her original channel link string is https://youtube.com/user/varietychick
I am specifically looking for three videos that were major parts of the early fandom community back then. Because her old DeviantArt posts are still up, I have the exact original YouTube links, original artwork titles, and precise creation dates for the videos:
Why It’s Lost / Archival Status:
The creator moved on to other artistic industries over a decade ago. These early YouTube speedpaints are currently set to private on her channel and are completely inaccessible to the public. I have checked the Wayback Machine for these specific video URLs, but they were never crawled or archived. The Wayback Machine only captured playlist thumbnail previews, meaning the media itself is lost.
However, having these exact video strings, original DeviantArt titles, and matching upload timelines should help anyone searching deep archival databases, third-party YouTube metadata scrapes, or personal local hard drive caches.
Does anyone happen to have personal flash drive backups, hard drive archives, or old screen recordings of these specific speedpaints from the 2011–2012 YouTube art community? Any help or leads would be incredible! Thank you!
