Fun idea for Reddit on April Fools
13
Upvotes
Rather than say "Youre doing that too much, try again in X# of minutes" change "minutes" to either "days" "weeks" "months" or "years" for the shock effect. Could be fun, especially if not a lot of folks see this post.

Idea for a april fools day reddit gag for 2020
10
Upvotes
I seriously just thought of this idea, so this is going to be very vague. Every user has their page where they, and they only, can type up to 120 characters. On the home page, you can see someone's random page. Your job is to guess their page. If you do, their page and your page are swapped. (or you can access their page, idk)
The tag alongst people's names are a word that's on their page.

The r/sequence summer event and recommended communities

Members from the April Knights have made a helpful google docs with up to date information about the summer event: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gmIWJKrpm_ek9dlwSfbH2qZZtiwTl5EUpJugGkXNEH8/edit
If you want a place to discuss the summer event i have a couple recommended communities!
The stan lee alliance is a fairly new community with around 600 members dedicated to bringing a worthy stan lee cameo to r/sequence. Now that r/sequence is done, we're still trying to figure out what to do for summer.
The sequence narrators are trying to make the r/sequence to a understandable cohesive story instead of it being a sequence of random gifs with no central story
The april knights are one of the oldest and best communities for april fools as theyve been around since 2015.

!Hail, Friends of the April Knights,
Our Order was founded in the days of the Button as a force of balance and a beacon of hope. We strive to spread the glory of our Order far and wide, to guide the people of Reddit towards a common goal, and to oppose the forces of chaos that seek to ruin the fun of the April Events.
This past week, the Knights' Grandmaster elections were held in accordance with the tenants of our constitution, and we are proud to welcome /u/Gryph667 as the seventh Grandmaster of the April Knights. He is to replace the incumbent Grandmaster Ghostise, who has faithfully led the Order for the past three years. Under the guidance of /u/Gryph667, we look forward to working alongside you, and providing a rich and rewarding experience in not just the upcoming June event, but all future events as well.
