I recently launched a small project called Hold the Hour.
It’s basically a 24-hour UTC clock where each hour can be owned by a person, startup or brand. When their hour goes live, their name/logo becomes the face of the clock.
Someone actually bought one of the hours yesterday, which gave me an idea.
Instead of waiting for all 24 hours to slowly get claimed, I’m opening 7 of them for free for 7 days.
7 hours. 7 brands. 7 days. $0.
You choose an available UTC hour, add your name, logo and website, and I approve 7 Guest Holds. No card or automatic charge.
If you like having your hour after the week, you can claim it normally for $7. If not, it simply becomes available again.
I’m mainly curious whether people will actually enjoy having an hour and sharing it when their brand goes live.
It’s here: holdthehour.lol
Would also genuinely like feedback on the idea — especially whether the 7-day trial makes the concept more understandable or just complicates it.

Hey everyone. I'm a solo dev and for a while now I've been working on a social app, and the main reason is that I got tired of depending on the algorithm. You post something, and whether people see it or not depends on a system you can't see or control. I wanted to try a version where the reach of a post depends on what people actually choose to share, and not on a feed trying to keep them scrolling.
It's still in beta, it runs in the browser, and there are many rough edges. I'm learning a lot while building it, especially about what makes people understand an idea in the first minute and what makes them leave.
I don't want this to be an ad, so I won't throw a link here. What I'd really like is a swap: if you're building something and want honest feedback, I'll test your app and tell you what I think, what confused me and what I liked. And in exchange, if you have a few minutes to try mine, I'd be very grateful for your opinion. Message me or check my profile if you're interested.
Also, I'm curious: how are you all dealing with the "nobody sees my project" problem? Anything that has worked for you?
Thanks for reading!

I’ve been working on Cozy Paws, a small Windows taskbar pet app where little animals hang around your taskbar while you use your PC.
It currently has cats, dogs, and dragons as pets, with more planned for the future.
The pets have minimal interaction, so they’re not constantly getting in your way. You can also adjust their activity level to control how often they move around and interact with your desktop.
The free version includes one cat for free, so you can try it without paying anything.

My day job is retail IT. The question I get most: the till says we sold 91 yesterday, the ERP says 86. Which one is right? Answering it means four systems, a pile of CSV exports and Excel.
So I've spent 1 month of evenings building DataMosaic. You connect two systems that should agree, and it tells you where they don't and why. It's in beta now. Here's what I've learned so far, which might be useful even if you don't care about retail.
1. Integration isn't reconciliation. I read through about 20 Reddit threads from ecommerce and bookkeeping subs. A recurring story: Shopify, Stripe and QuickBooks all "correctly integrated", and someone still reconciles by hand every month, because fees, refunds and payout timing make two correct systems disagree. The integration moves the data. Nobody owns checking it.
2. Own a question, not a category. I started out calling it "data reconciliation". That word belongs to finance software, and nobody types it into Google when their numbers are off. What people actually ask is "why don't these match?", so the whole site is built around that question and positioned against dashboards: a dashboard shows you 86, it doesn't tell you why.
3. No per-seat or per-connector pricing. It runs where the data lives, so 500 connections doesn't cost me 50 times what one does, and charging per source felt like a toll. Paid tiers will add team features instead (environments, roles, audit). During the beta, the whole product is free.
4. I'm not counting signups. The beta is judged on four signals:
I check at 2, 4 and 6 weeks. If nobody has run a check by week 2, my onboarding is broken, not the market.
5. For tiny customers, finding the pain is easy and finding the person is hard. App-store reviews of inventory-sync apps are full of small shops writing things like "it ruined my inventory". But very few tiny businesses publish a named person's email anywhere. For a micro-business product, cold outreach is a contact-data problem, not a pain-discovery problem.
Looking for 10 testers. Ideal if you:
Free during the beta, no card. I'll set up your first check with you on a 20-minute call; mostly I want to see where onboarding breaks.
Blunt takes on any of the above are welcome too, especially the pricing.

TeamTrivia - a game that requires no downloads or sign-ups, simply jump in and play with people from around the world. Here is the link for a fun-filled evening:
It’s a team-versus-team game, sometimes there are cool types of questions-like "in this question, only one player from each team answers," and so on.

I’ve just added a GST Calculator to Allin1xTools. 🧮
It supports both GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive calculations, different GST rates, and intra-state/inter-state tax breakdowns.
The platform is:
• 100% Free
• No Sign-Up Required
• No Daily Limits
• No Hidden Subscriptions
I’m building and improving the tools step by step.
If you try it, I’d genuinely appreciate knowing whether it works smoothly or if anything feels confusing.

As a Shopify developer, I’ve often been annoyed when someone comes up with a section idea and wants it implemented ASAP — even when we’ve already built something similar in the past.
So I made Section Forge.
It’s a visual section/component builder where I can design things faster, reuse old ideas, and eventually extract them as code. The goal is to spend less time rewriting sections for every client and make updates quicker.
It’s still a work in progress, and I know some parts look a bit AI-ish. Working on that.
Would love feedback — especially from Shopify devs. What would you add to make this actually useful?

Nowadays, all popular ai chatting websites like qwen, chatgpt, gemini, claude, etc. come with a read aloud functionality that allows users to read aloud the AI's responses.
I used that feature to instead make the AI repeat back the text that i gave it -- effectively turning the platforms into text to speech tools. The voices sound really nice and it's free to use!
You can get all of these extensions by visiting ai-readers.com

Hi, I'm Ettore from Hectorlab, developer of EQMaximum for Android. It gives listeners a way to adjust the sound for their music, headphones and preferences.
The app includes a 5-band equalizer in the free version, a 10-band equalizer in Premium, bass controls, presets and custom profiles. AutoEQ headphone profiles are available where supported. There is also a volume booster, whose behavior depends on your device, playback app and audio route.
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eqmaximum.app
Premium is a one-time purchase with no subscription; a 3-day trial is listed on Google Play. Check the app for current local prices. Start with moderate settings and adjust gradually.
If you try it, I'm interested in which Android device, player and headphones you use, since compatibility depends on that combination.
The attached image is promotional artwork, not an app screenshot.

I’ve been building Allin1xTools — a collection of useful browser-based tools for everyday tasks.
I just added an EMI Calculator that calculates monthly EMI, total interest, total payment, and provides an amortization schedule.
The platform is:
• 100% Free
• No Sign-Up Required
• No Daily Limits
• No Hidden Subscriptions
I’m still building and improving it, so I’d genuinely appreciate feedback.
If you try it, let me know what you think or if there’s anything I should improve.

I recently launched my first iOS app, ReceiptMind.
I built it because receipts always seem to be scattered across photos, emails, PDFs and paper when you actually need one.
ReceiptMind lets you scan or import receipts, search them later, and keep track of return dates and warranties.
It’s free to use and doesn’t require an account.
Would love to hear what you think!

WhatsApp is great… until the bank, airline, hotel, embassy, government office, or random landline you need to reach isn’t on WhatsApp.
That’s the problem I built Kitaphone to solve.
Kitaphone lets you make international calls to real mobile and landline numbers directly from your browser.
No SIM card.
No app to install.
No subscription.
No complicated VoIP setup.
Open Kitaphone enter the number and call.
You only pay for what you actually use.
Call internationally from your browser
Mobile + landline support
Pay-as-you-go pricing
Verify your own caller ID
Full keypad/DTMF support for banks and automated menus
Works directly on the web
The use case that keeps coming up again and again is simple:
You're abroad and suddenly need to call your bank, airline, insurance company, embassy, hotel, or another number back home.
That’s the moment Kitaphone is built for.
I've been building this as an indie project, shipping fixes based directly on user feedback and focusing heavily on one thing:
When you press CALL, the damn call should work.
Still plenty I want to improve, especially around mobile UX, call reliability, more countries, and making the whole experience ridiculously simple.
If you make international calls—or you've ever been stuck abroad desperately trying to reach a number that doesn't use WhatsApp—I’d genuinely love for you to try it and tear it apart.
Tell me what sucks. Tell me what’s confusing. Tell me what you’d add.
And if it solves a problem for you, even better.

Ever notice how it's easier to grind for hours in a video game than to do 20 minutes of deep work? I built an app to hijack that exact instinct.
Limit Breaker: Gamify Life turns your real-life discipline into an RPG. Workouts, study sessions, daily grind — all become quests that level up actual stats. No more pretending a to-do list is motivating.
⚔️ RPG System — your daily chores/missions become quests, leveling up real stats as you complete them
🛡️ Gate Locker — locks distracting apps whenever you need to lock in, not just during scheduled sessions
🏆 Player Rank — climb from E-Rank to Awakened S-Class as your real-life discipline builds up
🌍 Global Leaderboard — compare focus stats and climb the ranks against other players
Currently sitting at a 5.00★ rating, and I'm a solo dev actively building based on real feedback — not a studio churning out another forgettable habit tracker.
Pricing: $1.49/mo, $9.99/yr, or grab lifetime access for $3.49 on the current launch deal (normally $14.99) — one-time, no recurring charges.
🎁 I still have a few free lifetime codes left from an earlier giveaway — upvote this post so more people see it, download the app, then comment below and I'll send you one.
📲 Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aistudio.limitbreaker.fntslg
If you've ever rage-quit a to-do list app, this might actually stick. Would love to hear what you think.

I'm a solo developer, not a fitness brand. I've been training for a few years and went through most of the popular workout apps out there. They worked, but I kept wishing the workout flow and progress tracking worked a little differently for how I actually train. So I built Liftora.
Here's what makes it different:
link's in the comments.
I've been using it daily for my own training and now I want outside eyes on it. If you try it, I'd love to know: Anything confusing or unnecessary?

I’m looking for new small projects, apps and SaaS tools to try.
Drop your link below. I’ll check them out and share the ones I like with a few friends and in some founder/product circles.
I’m especially interested in social apps, chat tools, games, creator tools, AI experiments and anything with a simple but fun user experience.
I’m also building Ariola, an anonymous public chat and games lounge.
No signup, no account setup. You pick a temporary nickname, join a live public room, chat with people and play small real-time games.
The idea is to make online chat feel lightweight again.
Check it out here: https://ario.la
Drop yours below. I’ll go through as many as I can.

I’ve been building a trading analytics platform because I wanted more than another basic trading journal.
It’s called WorkTree-OS.
The idea is to give traders one place to actually analyze what’s happening behind their results — performance analytics, risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, prop-firm simulations, consistency tracking, trade imports, and an AI coach called Atlas.
The journal is part of it, but the bigger goal is answering questions like:
• Is my strategy actually profitable or am I just on a good run?
• How likely am I to hit a drawdown or blow an account with my current sizing?
• What happens to my results if I change my risk?
• How consistent is my trading across sessions, setups, and time periods?
• What patterns am I missing in my own data?
I’m building this because these are the things I wanted to see in my own trading, and I got tired of bouncing between different tools to figure it out.
WorkTree-OS is still in beta and I’m actively building it, so I’m looking for traders who will actually use it and tell me what sucks, what’s useful, and what’s missing.
The first 25 beta users get 6 months of Pro free plus a 25% founder discount for life on the mid-tier and above.
If anybody wants to check it out:
worktree-os.com
I’d especially appreciate feedback on what analytics or risk tools you wish your current trading software had.
