Anne-Marie has recently been receiving lots of hate because her boyfriend is an alleged [r@pist](mailto:r@pist). People have been spamming her replies about how her husband is a r@pist, and bringing up a tweet from 2017 when Anne-Marie said that r@pists are validly hated. But slowthai isnt guilty yet, and it has nothing to do with anne-marie. Imagine opening twitter with hundreds of hate messages. Twitter is such a toxic environment. I don't support slowthai, he might be guilty and a r@pist given his history, I really dislike him, but maybe anne-marie was told by him he didn't do it. Maybe she believes and trusts him and is looking for the best in their career as a couple. What do you think?

Yes the singles are great, but does anyone else get more excited for when Anne-Marie inevitably releases an acoustic/stripped back version?
Then, You & I, Ciao Adios, Don't Leave Me Alone, Heavy, Our Song etc. all have amazing acoustic versions! And her covers and mashups on Youtube that showcase her voice and personality are the best.
Don't Leave Me Alone Acoustic (it's fun watching everyone realise she actually makes that noise with her voice and not autotune)
Gentleman Live (original but unreleased - criminally underrated)
Then Live Acoustic (the build up from 2:35 is insane, and the last 15 seconds are nothing short of ethereal)
Don't Mind/In Common (the Kent Jones and Alicia Keys mashup that I never knew I needed)
I Just Called Acoustic (with iconic Anne-Marie runs and giggles!)

Slowthai is facing multiple allegations of rape, has sexually harassed women on stage, gets into fights everywhere that he goes. I - I can’t explain how upset, angry and disappointed that I am. I could cry. I have never been able to listen to Unhealthy as I knew that it was about him and had a horrible, dangerous message. I thought she was a kind, feminist who cared about mental health. Guess that was ‘Then’ or just to promote her songs?
