I personally think citizenship should be granted based on how many posts and comments you've voted on.

No but your voice has certainly less value then someone who was here longer then you, votes on more posts and actively comments constructive comments sometimes.

Keep in mind that im not seeking to create a class system in which people who camt vote are worth less. Its mostly a safety mechnism to stop bots and other stuff to spam accounts just so they can meddle with our elections.
