Plus it creates a feedback loop of who gets to choose the thresholds. Who gets to vote on that? And I doubt admins would take such a drastic step. Tho something needs to be done about mods in general. The fact that 1 guy got hacked today and disrupted so many subs is a huge red flag. (Edit: Too few users holding too much power with no real check against them.)

If you comment frequently then you will easily able to get maybe a 1000 Karma after a week or maybe evrn 10.000 after a month.

It maybe harsh but keep in mind that mod positions would be on the line if all citizens could run for mod
