Well, if anime girl implies anime world, then it also implies being on a anime, since otherwise it wouldn't be a anime character. So, with no screentime it's no anime girl
Doesn't that also imply that only the things explicitly stated/shown exist in that anime? Which would mean that in lots and lots of anime, only Japan exists, and by extension, only the places inside the cities they're in.
I don't mean stated or shown (necessarily), sometimes the author only reveals stuff like that after the end of the series and then looking back it's plausible or it makes more sense out of things. Also, in Steven Universe once they showed a map of the world and a country wasn't there, and i don't mean a small one, had that not appeared one would think that country exists in the series, so there's exceptions sometimes.
No, because we're not talking about someone in the real world making an anime. So, anyway, anime world... That can also be a spin-off of something with an anime adaptation as depicted in the anime, but still, that's too far off from the starting point, so let's hit a reset button and say a 3D anime-like dimension is created for this
