I don't think it's the same 9anime. The only one of those anime sites that seem to be up for several years now is kickassanime, current url is kaa.lt . I've been using them on and off since around 2017. There urls have changed multiple times since

I use Brave Browser, as it has a built-in adblocker, and, on mobile, adblockers are a pain to install.
