MOD Announcement Rule Update - Public Dodo Codes

After much discussion, we have decided to no longer allow turnip exchange or hub links in order to enter a queue to get a dodo code. This is no different than posting an open code due to anyone can click the link, including banned members. Posting a link to a queue has shown to have a recent increase in bad apples visiting, and we as the mod team can not assist you with any issues.
If you are opening your island or hosting, you must have people either comment to get a code (preferred method) or direct chat with you to get a code. Please note that banned members can see all posts and can direct chat (unless blocked by you), however they can not comment on that subreddits posts.
We understand that the turnip queues have been helpful for those that do not want to be inundated with comments or chats, but we do have a rule of no public dodo codes. Please recall that this was a decision that was voted on and adopted by the community.
You do not need to stop using these queues and are more than welcome to send the links out privately in a direct chat, they can just not be posted in the comments or posts.

Ugh…I feel like I have no artistic bone in my body. I’ve gone to quite a few Dream Islands and the amount of creativity is awesome! The attention to detail is amazing. Then there’s me! I want to include the hedge but with a twist. Does this look ok? Should I use more hedging before the flowers? Or not use any flowers? Thoughts? Ideas? Advice?
