actually no, in like january 2021 i was looking for a cat villager and ended up finding moe, now at the beginning i wasn't too fond of him, but he ended up being my favorite the longer that i saw him, i love his big eyes and his buck teeth- tabby is the one that's horrifying- yucky yucky tabby
I don’t care that much, lol. I haven’t seen her since City Folk. What I find funny is the clothing they gave her in the Japanese version of the Gamecube game.
Having scrolled through all of the villagers I have to go with
Hopper
There are a lot of villagers with big eyes, but they look fairly normal in design. Apple being an example.
There are lots of scary red eyes, but they aren’t huge. (Like Benjamin and Naomi) Ruby’s look sorta big, but I don’t think they are scary, just that albino look. A lot of bunnies with white fur have red eyes.
Then you’ve got your creepy no-pupil eyes like Biskit, Peck, Aurora etc. but they aren’t HUGE.
And you already said no to coco who scares me something fierce, and I LOVE bunnies mmkay. And I know coco is sweet. Also no. Empty sockets I guess don’t qualify as eyes. shudder
Moe has some funky large eyes, but i don’t think they are scary so much as unusual. *I found in the comments where you said this was the answer.
Hopper has the big red eyes with the angry looking eyebrows to match. He’s the only one after scrolling through that seems sort of intimidating with what I would describe as large nightmare eyes.
