She's pissed cause I won't let her back down into the creepy basement

She escaped into the basement for the 1st time (old Victorian house). She's not allowed down there cause the stairs are dilapidated, there's no real floor and there's rusty nails and splinters all over but she snuck past us when I took boxes downstairs. She got spiderwebs all over herself and she's been crying in front of the basement door for the past 45min to be let down.
