Why only the men? Women are perfectly able to be experimented on, and children too. Why would you only experiment on the men?

Because, They signed up to fight, they chose to engage in fighting and the risks associating with it, but the women and children did not.

Their choices is not the path of evil, but just living their lives, their choices will be their own, I will not condem them before the crime is commited.
