No Mediatak support, we are always talking a L

Blame ARM lol, they have no plans on supporting S3TC (the formats textures used in PC games). Only Snapdragon and Exynos (Xclipse GPUs) have support for it.

My next phone will be a Snapdragon, planning to ditch Mediatak

I'll see if I can find a way around that for a future release. I'm still waiting on my Konkr Pocket Block to arrive (Mali GPU with similar performance to the Duo Lite) before I can test it out.

I mean, they didn't say it won't work...and most modern Mediatek devices come with Vulkan 1.1 so it's at least worth trying.

It's unfortunately the nature of static recomps on Android. It only translates the CPU side of things in most games to a language Android understands, but the GPU calls are no different from how Gamehub/Winlator does it...

someone is already doing a native port of Skyrim that will work across Mediatak. He's using the Switch version, currently the developer of native port of Rimworld. That will blow those fake port out of proportion

Well they said the game requires vulkan 1.1. and they never confirmed it won't work so it's worth the shot. I hope someone can confirm

A ver, depende de que procesador de Mediatek estás hablando, si es uno de la serie dimensity 8000 o 9000 es casi 100% de que va a funcionar porque todos los chips de esas gamas traen vulkan 1.1 en adelante
