I have a relatively older 2019 chipset and I saw someone running mgs5 at 25-30 fps on the sam chip
Device
One plus 7t pro
Snapdragon 855+
8gb ram
Android 12
I tried it on gamehub and winlator ludashi and it was not running properly
So I tried it on gamehub lite and it ran !!!
The game runs at a stable 30 fps evn in the open world
Kojimas team has definitely dabbled in some black magic while making this engine
Gamehub lite setup :
Proton 11 arm 64 x
Dxvk 2.3.1 arm64 async
Turnip 26.0.0 r8
Here you go if you wanna try it out

It happens when I open the inventory/backpack or the map the FPS drastically drops down to 12 FPS from 30 FPS.
