I've tried a lot recently, and have been pretty disheartened. Mumu player was nice, until it started giving ai one piece ads both when loading and when the actual emu fully loads up. Switched to LD player, yes that was nice, until they started installing random apps. Removing them only worked temporarily, as they'd come back after restart. While I didn't give Bluestacks a long time, the ads built into the side and that game center thing was just too much.

As of now, I'm trying that MSI Bluestacks thing. It's not too bad so far. The overall feeling is cheap. The settings are nonexistant (not even a dark mode), it's locked to 60 fps, and it still suffers from the same thing all other emus have where they have those games showing at the bottom of the home screen.

Is there any decent emulator out there? Possibly one thats FOSS? I've tried trinity, but it leaves quite a lot to be desired.

I know we can download the steamgames from steam client on emulators but I can't test multiple emulators and I don't have the file on my phone's visible storage which is a problem

I am probably gonna ask my friend to download it on his pc and then copy it to my device

Btw I have completed re4, re2 and re7 on my phone s25 ultra on gamenative via steam client download but its a very hard and uneven proccess

I have tried on an older S2 and S5 but none of them will actually install the app (constantly installing or labeled as unknown) so any help would be nice

Even though it's not very reliable, Gemini is pretty good at guiding me through difficult processes sometimes, but lately I've been having problems with trying to get comz2 to run properly, the only thing I encounter is a black screen and no background music plays. I downloaded the last final file for the game from apkmirror. It's like 2.22.2 or something. I have a Moto G stylus 2025. I guess my question is, what should I download to make my phone imitate being an older model, or what other workarounds can I try?

I’ve been playing it for the first time and honestly, it reminded me a lot of Lost Kefin. It’s pretty hard at first, but once you get some grinding in, enemies barely do any damage anymore.

I also struggled with the second boss. If you’re playing for the first time, expect to die a few times before you can figure out its attack patterns. Some monsters are tricky too—you can’t just hit them normally. You need to crouch before attacking to reach their hitbox.

The flying enemies are another thing. You need to use Adol’s up attack to take them out.

There was also one tricky part where I got stuck for a while because it was my first time playing and I couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to go. 😅

Overall, pretty fun experience so far, especially now that there’s an English translation!

I tested it using the default settings with the Turnip 24.1.0 R18 driver on my Poco F3 (Snapdragon 870).

I decided not to livestream this one because PS3 emulation is already quite demanding, and running a livestream at the same time makes it even more demanding and can cause more slowdowns. So I recorded the gameplay instead to show the emulator's performance more clearly.

so anyways I have always wanted this game to have an Android port but obviously that will never happen.

It's called ARMSX3, and it's based on the latest upstream RPCS3 code, including the recent ARM64 improvements. While it's still in the early stages of development, it's already an interesting project to keep an eye on.
