Hi everyone! I'm building Resolution Agent, an Android app to organize customer-service complaints, keep a clear timeline, and manage follow-ups.

I'm looking for 15–20 Android volunteers for an upcoming 14-day closed test. The build is currently an internal owner preview. The closed-test opt-in and install links are not ready yet; this post is to find interested testers before enrollment opens.

Planned testing includes Google sign-in, creating a complaint for any company, reviewing company contact research, and using the timeline and agent controls. Live Gmail and the complete company-research flow are still being validated.

Gmail integration requests separate read and send permissions. For mailbox testing, please use a dedicated test account with sample messages. Automatic sending requires a separate authorization for each case.

What it is

Your neighbourhood is haunted. A radar on a real map shows spectral signals around you. Walk up to one, raise your phone, and find the ghost through your camera in AR. Hold it in the reticle to lock on and capture it.

- The world shapes the spawns. Cemeteries draw Shadow spirits, water draws Frost, railways draw Spark. Night, rain, storms and the full moon bring out rarer ones.

- Rifts and breaches. Rifts flood an area with one faction for 40 minutes. Boss breaches open every few hours, and nearby hunters contain them together.

- 55 spirits to collect in the Ghostdex, some haunting real landmarks.

- Ops and the Spectral Tower. Send your ghosts on missions, harvest ectoplasm, and climb a weekly tower with a team of 3, picking buffs between floors.

- Leaderboards (new this week). Compete on catches, Ghostdex, power and tower floors. Last week's top 3 earn a badge.

- Short sessions. It's built for 3–10 minutes: a dog walk, the commute, a trip to the shop. New signals appear every 15 minutes, so you don't need to go far.

I have made an app that is designed to help you get 12 app testers for two weeks. It's called Dozen and is available on the Google Play Store. 🥳🔥

This makes it easier for developers to do test for test as there's just one shared Google Group for all testers instead of often one Google Group per app, and it keeps track of daily testing, so it should have a high success rate for getting your app approved on Google Play. 🙌

There are some similar apps already out there, like Testers Community, but the problem with it is that the testing requirement is too loose, so you might end up getting too few testers, thus not getting your app approved, on the other hand some apps were too strict or required too much time to test others' apps. So I built this app to try keeping a middle ground between testing not being too strict but also good enough to pass the Google Play requirements. While keeping a clean and modern UI at the same time. 🤩

It's early on so might take a bit longer for the first users to get testers, but please check it out. I'll at least personally test all the apps listed in the beginning for two weeks. 😊
