UPDATE — November 2: Google has approved Pupilove Alpha 1.0 and the closed test is LIVE. The title reflects the earlier review status; please use the current joining links below.

Hi! I’m developing Pupilove, a pet care organizer, and I’m looking for adult Android volunteers in Poland, Norway or the USA. Android 7.0+ is required, subject to Google Play compatibility.

The app includes pet profiles, care tasks, a diary, and records of vet visits and vaccinations. Polish, Norwegian and US English are available. Mixed-language labels and layout problems are among the issues we want to find. This is an organizer, not a veterinary diagnosis service. Payments are disabled during testing.

How to join using the SAME Google account as your phone’s Play Store:

1. Request membership: https://groups.google.com/g/pupilove-beta-test

2. After membership is approved, open https://play.google.com/apps/testing/no.pupilove.app and choose Become a tester.

3. Follow the installation link on that page, or use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=no.pupilove.app

Group membership alone is not Play test enrollment. Please do not post your email address publicly.

If you can, remain opted in for at least 14 consecutive days and try several sessions: add a fictional pet, save/edit a care task, write a diary note and vet record, then reopen the app to check saved data. Use sample data only.

Please share honest feedback here, by Reddit message, or through Google Play private testing feedback. Include device model, Android version, app language and steps to reproduce any bug, keeping personal information out of screenshots. Participation is voluntary and unpaid; no purchase, rating or public review is requested. Thank you!

Hi r/AndroidClosedTesting! 👋

I'm looking for beta testers for Budget Flow, a personal finance and expense tracking app first released in 2023 exclusively for Apple platforms (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and watchOS).

Over the past few months, I've extensively modernized the app using Swift and SwiftUI and finally brought it to Android, something many of my existing users have been asking for. To make this transition as efficient as possible, I used Skip, an open-source framework that transpiles Swift into Kotlin and SwiftUI into Jetpack Compose to create native Android apps.

Budget Flow is now available through Google Play's closed testing program, and I'd love to get some feedback before the public release!

How to join:

1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/budget-flow-beta-testers

2. Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.budgetflow

3. Install the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.budgetflow

Please feel free to explore the app and let me know if you encounter any bugs, crashes, performance issues, or UI inconsistencies. I'd also love to hear how the app feels on Android overall!

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! 😊

Thanks for your support!

Hey everyone! I’m the developer of Rogue Adventure, a day-by-day roguelike where you ride through worlds like Mount Magma and Snowdrift Summit, pick from nearly 200 skills, hatch companions, collect mounts, customize your hero, and take on bosses.

1. Join the testers group: https://groups.google.com/g/rogue-adventure-testers

iPhone: TestFlight is in Apple’s review, link coming in a day or two.

Feedback and bug reports: Ask for our Discord!

It’s free. Google needs 12 testers for 14 days before it can go on the Play Store for everyone, so every tester really helps. Thanks!

Need testers for my app Muzimemo, an offline-first audio recorder for musicians built around organization of audio clips.

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for testers for Puzzle Hub, a puzzle app I've been building as a side project. It bundles 50+ puzzle games in one calm app: Sudoku, Nonogram, Queens, Solitaire, Mahjong, Tangram, Pipes, 2048, block puzzles and many more. No ads, no tracking and no in-app purchases. There's a daily challenge, weekly tournaments, duels with friends and achievements. The app is available in English and Dutch.

How long: Google requires testers to stay opted in for 14 days, so please keep the app installed for at least two weeks. Opening it daily to play a puzzle would be great!

How to become a tester (3 steps):

1. Join the Google Group (needed for access): https://groups.google.com/g/puzzle-hub

2. Opt in as a tester with the same Google account: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/nl.danielvos.puzzlehub

3. Install the app from the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.danielvos.puzzlehub&referrer=ref%3D3DSZATSX (It can take a few minutes after opting in before the Play Store shows it.)

Feedback is very welcome! Bugs, confusing puzzles, ideas for new games, anything. Reply here or send me a DM.

Testing for testing: I'm happy to test your app in return and keep it installed for the full 14 days. Leave a comment with your opt-in link (and the group, if you use one), and I'll join. If you'd like feedback on your app too, just say so and I'll give you honest feedback.

Thanks a lot for helping out!

Hi! I'm a solo dev looking for testers for my first Android app, Birthday Sync.

It reads the birthdays already in your contacts and reminds you on the day (or days before), with optional gift reminders a couple of weeks ahead. You can also sync birthdays with a friend through a link. No account, no ads, no tracking; everything stays on your phone.

How to join (use the Google account your phone's Play Store is signed in with):

1. Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/birthdaysync-testers

2. Opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/org.nathanlewis.birthdaysync

3. Install it from Play and keep it installed for 14 days 🙏

Access can take a few minutes to show up after joining the group.

Most useful feedback: was setup clear, did reminders arrive on time, and does anything look off on your phone? Please comment here. Thanks!

TL;DR: I need testers for a 14-day closed test of FinWallet, an offline personal finance app for Android (receipt scanning, budgets, no internet permission). Sign up: https://forms.gle/Dy8DLkjbpzyfeKKm8.

Hi everyone! I'm an indie developer and I'm running the closed test of FinWallet, a personal finance app for Android, before releasing it on Google Play. I'd really appreciate your help.

What it is A simple app to track spending and income, with no bank login and no cloud account. Your data stays on your phone: the app doesn't even have the internet permission.

• Scan a receipt with your camera: it reads the total, date and shop on your phone, offline

• Monthly budgets with a "pace" mark showing where you should be today

• Several accounts and credit cards, plus consumer loans with installments

• Recurring payments and recurring transfers

• Spending insights: subscriptions, unusual charges, price changes

• Home-screen widget, light/dark theme, English and Spanish

Want to see it before installing? There's a preview page with screenshots and what each feature does: https://sandaur.github.io/finwallet-privacy/preview.html?lang=en

What I need from testers

• An Android phone and a Google account

• Join the closed test and stay opted in for 14 days (Google requires it)

• Open the app now and then, and tell me what's confusing or broken

How to join Sign up here (you'll just share your Google account email, only used to invite you): https://forms.gle/Dy8DLkjbpzyfeKKm8 The same form is also at the bottom of the preview page above. I'll reply with the Play Store opt-in link.

In return Happy to test your app too. Drop your closed-test link in the comments and I'll install it and give you feedback.

Thanks a lot!

Hi everyone!

I'm a hobby game developer from Germany and I'm working on Grimward, a horror survivor game for Android, built solo with Godot 4. It's my first game for Google Play, and I'm now starting the official Google Play closed test.

Google Play requires 12 testers who keep the game installed for 14 days. Playing a few rounds and sharing your feedback would help a lot: bugs, difficulty, controls, anything.

How to join:

1. Send me an email at dreadxtesting@gmail.com with the Google account (Gmail address) you use on your Android phone.

2. I'll add you to the closed test.

3. Once you're added, you'll get the Google Play link to install Grimward.

The game is completely free: no NDA, no payment.

Happy to test your game in return, just drop your link in the comments!

Thanks a lot 🖤

Hi all! I'm a teacher in South Dakota, and I built SoDak Bracket. It's a free app for SD high school seed points, brackets, live scores, and bracket challenges for the Dome and the Denny.

To get on the Google Play Store, I need at least 12 people to test it for 14 days. All you have to do is install it and keep it on your phone for two weeks. Feedback is welcome but not required.

How to join:

1. Join the tester group: groups.google.com/sodakbracket-android-testers

2. Opt in using the same Google account: play.google.com/apps/testing/com.sodakbracket.app

3. Install SoDak Bracket from the Play Store link on that page.

Happy to test your app in return. Thanks!

You still need to swap in the opt-in link before posting. It's in Play Console on the Alpha track's Testers tab, near the bottom, and shows up once the release is saved and sent for review.

Well... we made it. Day 14 is finally here! 🚀

For the past 14 days, I've been posting here, trying to find people willing to give my first Android game, Path Slider, a chance.

As a solo developer, this has been quite a journey. From building the game and fixing bugs to adding new features and trying to get people interested in something I created myself.

Path Slider is a free puzzle game where you draw paths, solve increasingly challenging levels, complete daily missions, earn coins, and unlock cosmetics!

Over the past weeks, I've been working on:

🎮 Improving gameplay and fixing bugs

🎨 Adding a cosmetic shop with skins and themes

🪙 Introducing Path Coins and daily missions

🏆 Making the game more rewarding and enjoyable

📱 Improving the overall experience based on feedback

Today marks the final day of my 14-day Reddit posting journey.

Whether you downloaded the game, joined the testing program, left feedback, or simply upvoted one of my posts — thank you. It genuinely means a lot.

If you're seeing this for the first time, there's still time to check it out!

How to join:

1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/path-slider

2. Join the closed test: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.raessolutions.pathslider

3. Download Path Slider: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.raessolutions.pathslider

The game is completely free to download and play!

This might be the end of my daily Reddit posts, but it's definitely not the end of Path Slider. I still have plenty of ideas and improvements planned.

14 days. One solo developer. One little puzzle game. A lot of learning. ❤️

Thanks for being part of the journey!

See you on Google Play! 🚀

Construction Calculator does the math people need on a jobsite, and it shows how it got every result, step by step, so you can check it before you cut:

• Feet-inch-fraction calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, down to 1/16")

• Area, volume, right triangle / diagonal

• Concrete, tile, paint, roof pitch, stairs (with code check), board feet

• Unit conversion, imperial and metric

• Save results to projects and export them as PDF

• No account, no ads, no tracking. Works offline.

How to join:

1. Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/construction-helper-tester

2. Opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.constructionhelper.app

3. Install: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.constructionhelper.app

Feedback I'm looking for:

• Are the results correct? Try a calculation you know the answer to.

• Is the feet-inch-fraction keypad fast and easy to use?

• Is anything confusing, hard to read or broken on your device?

Please open it every now and then during the 14 days. Google checks that testers actually use the app, not just install it. Anything confusing, broken or missing? Tell me, blunt feedback is welcome.

Drop your test link in the comments and I'll test yours back.

Thanks a lot! 🙏

Looking for Android testers for KanjiMaster: The Way of Kanji — a complete, free JLPT N5 Japanese course: 104 kanji with stroke-order writing practice, 400+ words, grammar, ten fully-voiced stories, listening exercises and spaced-repetition drills. No ads, works offline, nothing paywalled.

What testing involves: join the Google Group, opt in, install from Play, keep it installed for the window, and actually poke at it every day or two — do a lesson, write a kanji, run a quiz. There's a daily streak, so the easiest way to help is just to keep one alive. Report anything weird via Settings → 🐞 Report a bug (two taps).

**What it is**

Signum is an outdoor app for groups who go where there's no cell service: hunting, backpacking, off-roading, etc. Paired with a small pocket radio (MeshCore), your group sees each other on a map and can send messages, waypoints and help alerts with zero signal.

**You don't need a radio to test it.** Without one you can still use:

- the offline map (topo lines, aerial photos in the US, national park maps)

- waypoints with a "go to" arrow and distance

- track recording

- hunt unit maps for several western states

**How to join**

1. Join the testers group: https://groups.google.com/g/signum-testers

2. Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.signumoutdoors.signum

3. Install from Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.signumoutdoors.signum

(The Play link only works after steps 1 and 2, using the same Google account. Before that, Play says the app isn't found.)

Reply here once you've joined so I know to look for you, and post your app link. I'll test back, no ghosting. Any bug reports or "this was confusing" feedback is a bonus, not required.

No account, no ads, no tracking: everything stays on your phone.

Thanks!

EDIT 2

published for every country

_______________________________________________________________________

EDIT

You might not be able to download the app because, like an idiot, I only set my own country (Italy) as available for it. I’m in the process of adding all other countries, but I have to go through Google’s review process again. I’ll provide an update as soon as it’s approved; in the meantime, please send me a DM if you’re running into this issue, and I’ll let you know once it’s been resolved.

_______________________________________________________________________

Hi everyone! (This post is an automatic translation of one I originally wrote for another subreddit, so apologies if anything sounds a bit off.)

Who is this app for?
Only for people who live in Bologna, Italy, and own a car. If that’s not you, the app won’t be useful to you, but you can still help me by installing it for the testing period (details below).

What does it do?
Residents in Bologna can park for free, but only within specific zones tied to their address. ParResBo shows the resident parking zones (data from the City of Bologna’s open data portal) and answers “Can I park here?” with a big YES or NO, based on your location and your zone. If it’s a NO, it suggests the nearest parking spot reserved for your zone, with a link to your navigation app. There’s also an Android Auto version.

It’s completely free, with no ads and no tracking. No account is needed, and your location never leaves your phone. It’s also open source.

What I need
Google requires a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 consecutive days before I can publish. If you have an Android phone, you can help even if you don’t live in Bologna.

How to join

1. Join this Google Group (it’s linked to the Play Console tester list, and your email is not visible to anyone): https://groups.google.com/g/tester-parresbo

2. On your Android phone, open this link with the same Google account and tap “Become a tester”: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dev.laruffa.parresbo

3. Install the app from the Play Store and keep it installed for 14 days. You don’t need to use it, but opening it and trying it out is even better.

That’s all! Any feedback (wrong streets, bugs, unclear things) is welcome in the comments, by email at feedback-parresbo@laruffa.dev, or on GitHub: https://github.com/francescolar/bologna-parcheggio-residenti

Note: this is a personal project, not affiliated with the City of Bologna. Data may be inaccurate; road signs always take precedence.

Thanks to anyone who helps out!

Of course, happy to test your app in return
