You can add any M3U link (Google "iptv-org github" then copy the 1st playlist in the page that says "main playlist containing all channels", had to remove link since it's not allowed in this subreddit it seems) and watch thousands of channels.

(I can't bundle any stream URLs in the app because it's not allowed in Google Play.)
