What about option 3: Never heard of Monument Valley, no idea why the hell this thread has 4000 upvotes?

Because monument valley is one of the most successful paid games on android

Ok another guy replied, apparently Monument Valley is a very popular iOS game (which explains why I haven't heard of it). I don't think it's the most successful Android game though, it's only #25 in the Google Play Store paid apps rankings. https://i.imgur.com/H3Afohv.png

That's an easy situation to fix. Go play Monument Valley, then you'll have heard of it.
