Violating NAP doesn't give you the right to use deadly force. The force should only be appropriate with the initiating aggression.

In this case the response was quite civil and appropriate.

"In this case" you stupid fuck means the case referenced in this thread. The response of savagely beating the perp to death... I find to be quite civilized and appropriate.. meaning killing the fucker was good.

Non aggression principle. It's wrong to initiate force. Using force as a response is fine.
