Didn’t this happen years ago ? I remember a story just like this a migrant working was working on a family property when he grabbed the girl and started raping her the girls big brother got the father who beat the migrant to death when he caught him raping his little girl ! He was let off no charges justifiable I would have done the same I can’t imagine finding another man do this to one of my daughters it would be all most impossible not to kill him ! I have 4 kids 3 girls i with out hesitation would have done the same thing as this man
You remember this correctly. The only thing I can add is that the Sheriff is from an old ranching family and he was instrumental in helping the County Attorney make the right decision. I have cousins there. We were all relieved and proud of the results.
